Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY

We hope you LOVE your figures, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are unhappy with your figures, or you experience breakage from normal wear and tear, we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of your purchase.

If you decide to process a return, in the case of product damage, please email us (shop@iamelemental.com) detailed photographs of your item(s) so that we can assess the damage. Your feedback (and your photos) will help us make improvements going forward.  

To process a return follow these instructions:

1)  Log into the IAmElemental shop, then go to My Account.

2)  Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to your item.

3)  Fill out the following items on the return request: Quantity to return, return reason, return action, comments. 

4)  Click Submit Return Request.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

International customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipments to us. Once received by our warehouse, products will be processed as a return.  

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: COLLECTORS TIN  In order to accept returns on this item it must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging. Should there be damage resulting from shipping and/or transit we will make every effort to offer you a new Tin. In the instance where an exchange is not possible, we will offer you a full refund. 

KICKSTARTER BACKERS:  

Given the parameters of Kickstarter, we cannot offer any refunds for Kickstarter pledges. Any products added to your order after the close of our KS campaign (June 12, 2014) will be treated as new purchases and therefore fall under the policies above.   

EXCHANGES: 

Unfortunately we cannot offer Figure-for-Figure exchanges.   

SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer shipping to most places in the world. We have tried to choose shipping methods that will not only offer rate options but also provide choice in speed of delivery...slow, medium and Superpower Fast.  

When you place an order, shipping charges for your order will be estimated based on product weight and your shipping address. Depending on the shipping provider you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

PRE-ORDER Customers: Please note, only complete orders will ship. If you are ordering multiple items, we will hold your order until all of the pre-order items are in the warehouse. Your credit card will be charged upon shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate partial order shipping. If you would like in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.

International Customers:  

PLEASE NOTE   You may be required to pay import duty, local taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are collected at the time of delivery. Because import duties, brokerage fees and local taxes are applied by the destination country, we are not able to provide estimates or quotes for these additional fees. Prior to ordering, please consult your local government for additional information about these fees and to determine the amount you may need to pay. We attach an invoice to the outside of the shipping box with a detailed description of the products in order to facilitate customs processing, but delays are still possible during the customers process. Additionally, international customers are responsible for all return shipments to us, including warranty claims.  All products must be returned at the customer's expense in order to be refunded or warrantied.
